I am a fan of the Stuffed Chicken Mozzarella Stuffed with a magnificent combination of prosciutto and mozzarella and ever so lightly breaded with Japanese breadcrumbs, fried and then oven baked,  an excellent Brandy Honey Mustard Sauce completed this luscious dish. A wise and superb choice is their signature, Chilean Sea Bass with an inspiring Porte Wine Sauce.  Fresh sautéed spinach completes this light but satisfying dish.

We chose “Amerigo” as a salute to our country’s great legacy of tolerance and acceptance of all cultures and nationalities.  As a “melting pot,” America represents a bit of every country and because of this, our menu reflects an interaction of culinary disciplines.  

Quite simply put, Bistro Amerigo provides people a taste of the world in their own backyard.
