I am a fan of the Stuffed Chicken Mozzarella Stuffed with a magnificent combination of prosciutto and mozzarella and ever so lightly breaded with Japanese breadcrumbs, fried and then oven baked, an excellent Brandy Honey Mustard Sauce completed this luscious dish. A wise and superb choice is their signature, Chilean Sea Bass with an inspiring Porte Wine Sauce. Fresh sautéed spinach completes this light but satisfying dish.
